The challenge

Kaftan Oceanic offers rental and sale of traditional Moroccan clothing for women — caftans, takchitas, djellabas, and abayas — in Casablanca. The business serves two very different audiences: women looking to rent a caftan for a single event, and women looking to buy a custom piece for their wardrobe.

Most traditional clothing websites fall into two traps: either they look like a dated catalog with low-quality photos, or they feel so “boutique” that browsing becomes frustrating. Kaftan Oceanic needed something that felt premium but remained extremely practical — because their customers want to see the collection, understand availability, and contact them fast.

Our approach

We designed the site as an elegant online showroom, not a generic e-commerce shop. The hero immediately states what they do, where they are, and how to reach them — no vague poetry, just clarity.

The visual identity is built on a soft cream and deep navy palette, with a minimal black logo. It’s refined without being cold. The serif for navigation and the bold sans-serif for headlines create a fashion-house feel — more like a boutique atelier than a traditional clothing store.

The site includes a searchable catalog, a blog for style advice and event inspiration, a FAQ section that answers the most common questions (sizes, rental terms, deposits, delivery), and a direct “Contactez-nous” button visible on every page.

Trust is displayed everywhere: a five-star rating right under the hero, real photos of the collection, clear pricing, and multiple contact channels (WhatsApp, phone, Instagram, contact form).

On the technical side, the site is fast, mobile-first, and optimized for local SEO in Casablanca. Structured data for LocalBusiness, Product, and Review makes the brand eligible for Google rich results.
