Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Digihapi.co (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Digihapi provides digital agency services including, but not limited to:

  • Web design and development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • SEO, GEO, and LLM.txt optimization
  • AI agents and automation
  • Odoo ERP implementation
  • Notion documentation systems

The specific deliverables, timeline, and costs for each project are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work signed by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed for the project.
  • Respond to our requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure you have the rights to any content, images, or materials you provide.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
  • Invoices are payable within 15 days.
  • Late payments may incur interest.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project (excluding third-party assets, licensed tools, and our pre-existing code). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digihapi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant that the deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. You agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
